Semi-submersible villas will be built in Dubai with luxury design style, not being swayed by the waves, but could move elsewhere.

Kleindienst Group plans to build semi-submersible villa on the shores of the Arabian Gulf in Dubai. Their price has not been determined but will have 42 villas built, is expected to be completed in 2016. Each villa has 3 floors, a submerged layer, a layer in the water and one storey.

This villa will not oscillate with the waves, but it can be movable if necessary.

Inside the villa has a hot tub with underwater scenery, living room, kitchen.

This project has sparked controversy, as some people worry that it will affect the lives of seahorses underwater. Investors will create artificial reefs beneath their mansion to shelter the seahorses.
